Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within 3 – 5 days.

There is no charge for UK orders over £50- these orders are normally sent via Royal Mail or, for larger parcels, DPD Local.

For orders in the UK under £50 we use Royal Mail and the charge is £3.99.

If you are in the UK and require your order in a hurry, we offer a premium next day delivery service (cut off time 1pm Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays, no Saturday delivery, Northern Ireland is 2 days). The cost is £6.95

For customers in Ireland and other EU countries there is a delivery charge of £20.00 for all orders. Brexit has greatly increased the difficulty and costs of shipping to the EU, so please call us if you have any concenrs.

DPD Local delivery is a tracked service and you will be emailed or texted by them with details of a one hour window when they will deliver. You should then track your delivery directly with DPD. 

To pay you can use your VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch card. All credit card details are handled via a secure payment site for your total peace of mind. We do not have access to, nor retain any credit card details.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. We despatch nearly all orders within two or three days and will immediately contact you if this is not possible.
